We put our furniture into store so did not move on same day so made it harder for the delivery team as they had no idea what was in the crates . Excellent service

Card received via post, along with several others, Britannia were the only company who took it on at such short notice and worked a way round my moving date and their commitments. Couldn't have done more to accommodate me if you'd tried.

The day started off with Tommy, Josh O. and Jake and we were eventually joined by Camron and Marcus and the 5 of them were amazing. They all clearly knew what they were doing, they accommodated any requests we made and with having to shift the van a few times when we'd blocked a driveway, and importantly they were happy to chat and laugh along with us. Couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch to help us move into our new home.
