How are our appointments carried out

In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Long delays due to Solicitors messing about; so very late finish, but they stayed to the end.

We put our furniture into store so did not move on same day so made it harder for the delivery team as they had no idea what was in the crates . Excellent service

Please could you thank Tommy, Jake, Marcus and Macca for giving up their Saturday for us and Josh and Luke for travelling all the way to Yorkshire .

Both teams were excellent and made the physical move the least stressful part. They just took control of everything once they arrived and only left me to make the tea. Thanks also to yourself and to Mark for sorting out dates etc

Professional attitude from the start but also a very personable company to deal with. The option of doing a WhatsApp Video call to quote is absolutely inspired and makes it so much easier to arrange.

The day started off with Tommy, Josh O. and Jake and we were eventually joined by Camron and Marcus and the 5 of them were amazing. They all clearly knew what they were doing, they accommodated any requests we made and with having to shift the van a few times when we'd blocked a driveway, and importantly they were happy to chat and laugh along with us. Couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch to help us move into our new home.

Card received via post, along with several others, Britannia were the only company who took it on at such short notice and worked a way round my moving date and their commitments. Couldn't have done more to accommodate me if you'd tried.

My family have used Britannia many times in the past with RAF posting moves so I was pleased you could do this, probably my final move.

Firstly, I would rate them at least 15 out of 10. They were absolutely superb. Friendly without over - familiarity, helpful without obsequiousness, remarkably efficient, extremely careful and VERY strong
