Tommy and Jake were very experienced and very strong and managed all our heavy furniture nicely. Cameron did
a good job and the guys worked well together. The new residence was not emptied properly and the crew were
very helpful with suggestions to place or store furniture. Very professional and courteous. Also had our move history on file which helped.
Where can we improve? No improvement necessary.
Why did you use us? Had used Britannia as storage and delivery when we moved from Canada via AMJ Campbell. We were very impressed with the staff as they are so professional and courteous so we decided to use the same company.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

The move team of Tommy, Jake, Marcus and Josh were fantastic, they loaded our contents with care and efficiency. All of the team were personable, polite and easy to work with.
They worked tirelessly to unload our contents at our new property and achieved this in a remarkably short period after we obtained our keys late in the afternoon. This was continued on the final unloading day when they ensured that all of our contents were in the correct location. Many thanks to all the team.
