Friendly and such hard workers
Both Nick and Luke really nice guys... friendly and such hard workers. Honestly.. I don’t think anything could be improved on. Initial enquiry was super friendly.. Pam Lynn and Jane all really helpful and reassuring.
Why did you use us? I phoned three companies and... this was in 2020 and I think it was Mark that came out to give me a quote... that was it really... so professional... and reassuring.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

There was just one hitch initially, when the survey I had booked by phone did not register, so no one came on the agreed survey date. This was quickly rectified when I phoned to enquire why. A minor problem but could lose a customer.

The move team of Tommy, Jake, Marcus and Josh were fantastic, they loaded our contents with care and efficiency. All of the team were personable, polite and easy to work with.
They worked tirelessly to unload our contents at our new property and achieved this in a remarkably short period after we obtained our keys late in the afternoon. This was continued on the final unloading day when they ensured that all of our contents were in the correct location. Many thanks to all the team.
