Careful staff and very patient with my requests
The guys were here yesterday and did a fabulous job. I wanted to thank you, Trevor, Mark ( he called me at one
point) and I think he’s the owner) and the guys yesterday whose names I can’t remember, sorry.
I’m not sure if this helps the company for marketing but here’s why I chose Britannia Bradshaw. Friendly, fast,
courteous and careful staff and very patient with my requests.
Although I enquired on line you followed up with phone calls - I really like to talk to someone at some point as well
as emails. Bradshaws were the only one of 4 quotes that asked for photos And this next one was critical, Trevor
phoned and came to look at the stuff and took the time to explain everything to me. Not one of the other companies
did that and only one other company phoned and FYI that was Abel. As a result I have total confidence that all of
you have done your best to send my ‘treasures’ across the Atlantic Ocean safe and protected

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

We put our furniture into store so did not move on same day so made it harder for the delivery team as they had no idea what was in the crates . Excellent service

Please could you thank Tommy, Jake, Marcus and Macca for giving up their Saturday for us and Josh and Luke for travelling all the way to Yorkshire .
Both teams were excellent and made the physical move the least stressful part. They just took control of everything once they arrived and only left me to make the tea. Thanks also to yourself and to Mark for sorting out dates etc
